📦 Shipping Method: All swords will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

This fee is required for all international shipments and is non-refundable.

⚠️ No Returns or Exchanges – Each Item Is One of a Kind

All swords sold on our website are unique, one-of-a-kind items.

🔺 Returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted after purchase.
🔺 Why? When exporting a Japanese sword, its Firearm and Sword Registration Certificate must be surrendered to the authorities.
🔺 Once a sword is exported, it cannot be re-imported into Japan for registration renewal.

⚠️ While returns are not accepted, we take full responsibility for ensuring the quality of each item before shipment.

Additionally, as these are historical items, we do not guarantee the authenticity of inscriptions (mei).
Please carefully review all details before making your purchase.

🚚 Shipping Risks and Insurance

We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging and shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or issues during transit.

All shipments are insured under EMS.
✅ Compensation is available for loss or damage during shipping.
Maximum insurance coverage: Up to 2 million yen (compensation cannot exceed the purchase price).
Since all swords are unique, lost or damaged items cannot be replaced with an identical product.

🛠 About the Production Time for Koshirae (Sword Mountings)

For customers ordering custom koshirae (sword mountings):

⏳ The production of koshirae takes time. All fittings are crafted by hand by skilled artisans.
📅 We will provide an estimated delivery time based on your request, but please note that unexpected delays may occur.

⚠️ Depending on the availability of specific craftsmen (e.g., for the tsuka or saya), the production process may be significantly delayed—sometimes taking over a year.
⚠️ Please understand that we may not be able to meet exact specifications such as precise blade length or fitting measurements. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each component.

🔔 If there are any schedule changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

📢 Final Notes

We strive to accommodate customer requests as much as possible. However, please understand that shipping availability, schedules, and koshirae production timelines may change due to external factors such as global conditions.

💬 If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
